I have been using Hathway broadband in Pune since last 20 days. First they provided me connection 3 days late than promised date.
After that I am not even getting 5 hours of internet connectivity every day. Its down daily between 2 pm till next day morning. Even after 15 complaints nobody bothered to fix the problem. I am forced to switch my service provider.
I am rating Hathway one Sta, because I have to put least rating otherwise, it doesn’t deserve that as well. Stop yourself from harassment and financial loss and avoid these bast*.
