The Hathway agent collected the money and informed that the connection will be done in 2-3 days.I am staying in Ejipura/near Koramangala. the name of the agent who collected money is -Surya (ph-9742268464) and receipt no 18401. its been almost 10 days now and no connection done. Receipt for payment of 1210 towards connection is 18401. Frustrated by the delays, I have taken connection from BSNL which was done in 3 days flat. Now I am literally begging to get my money back. The agent does not respond to my phone calls/SMS. The call center team informs that I will get a call back in 30 mins, 1 day so on. No body has called me so far. I have spoken to Leena, Tina , Maria and Vasanth in call centre number-08040161616 and they are so useless. I have written a complaint to Nodal Office satish via email(blr.nodal@hathway.net) and he has not bothered to reply back. I am literally begging to get my money back. I am now planning to raise a police complaint against Hatway as they don’t want to give my money back. I don’t know where else to go. Anybody who wants to get a connection from Hathway, Please be aware that this company is fraud and notorious for cheating customers with their false promise.
