After shifting from Terribly outdated MTNL and over expensive Airtel Broadband I chose to try this new service provider which had just entered Delhi.
Yes I did my research and wasn’t too convinced given their small size and slow start in the market. But to my greay joy I was proved wrong.
Internet Speed
50 mbps and that too at 899?! You cant do better! From my day to day experience I was gettkng around 35-40 mbps and on very rare occasions it would touch 45mbps.
The speed is the maximum by industry standards and you can choose variety of speeds all having Unlimited Downloads which is so much better than Airtel and its per MB charges.
Connection reliability
Is top notch and since they use optic fibre cable its rarely affected by rain or any disruption
Only initially because of server issues it went down consistently but was fixed omce hathway fixed it permanently
Service and support
The best. You can call any time from morning to late and they’ll fic it in 5 mims and without any hassles
