I am a user of Hathway broadband service in Pune which sucks in all standards! Let’s talk about 1 at a time.
1-> Worst customer support ever. If you call their customer care they never solve your problem. My LAN wire was broken from the router so I called them for ten days daily twice to repair it, but no 1 came so I called them to end my connection but they didn’t. I got it repaired myself.
2.-> Worst connectivity in a week at least two days their server remains down. Even if you are not able to use, they send you a bill. If you do not pay the bill n tell dm to solve your complaint then they will call you to pay the bill n the complaint will be resolved.
