This is how a company disappears!
Recently I found that I am being over-charged by Rs. 100/- every month. And this has been going on for almost 3 years. On confronting the cable operator he told us that these were Hathway rules. Hathway clearly denies any such thing initially. Then changed their stand and said the operator is free to charge as they wish. Finally, all of them started avoiding phone calls. And now the operator has asked to pay up as usual. When we refused he just disconnected the cable.
Of course, I will be taking legal action on all the involved parties but would like to ask Hathway - Is this how you plan to run your business? Is a growing number of unhappy and angry clients your ambition?
