If you have subscribed to hathway for internet be sure you can die shouting for service issues but they would not care. The best part is that the entire organization does not have a single responsible person and/or reachable.
Worst service across all sectors. Even a roadside service provider cares more of its customer needs than hathway.
If you are reviewing this post then mind it hathway sales team might impress you with promptness in telling you about the product and getting a team and get it installed but as soon as the payment is done the same team would deny knowing you and the technical support team is least worried if your connection has some problems.
