Horrible service

Now after new rule of TRAI, subscriber should add delete the channels by their own. But Hathway website, this feature, though officially present, does not work. They have declared one rider statement - for any subscription to the channel contact the local cable operator. Cable operator does not pick up his mobile no. Hathway’s customer service desk’s helpdesk no. does not work; the contact given in the local office is useless as none pickup up.
