I used it for just 1 month and it was a really horrible experience. Picture quality was extremely poor that it seemed I was watching in 240p. Monthly charge was around 400 rupees per month which when compared to quality seems very high.
Sound quality is also very bad. Sound was very unclear and quality was also poor. Customer service is same as their service. It doesn’t work good in cloudy conditions and set top box size is quite large.If there’s a problem you need to complain 2-3 days daily and then they will send a technician.
