I kept requesting for a new hathway cable connection for 1 month but never the Hathway representatives contacted me back. And every time they tell a random ETA for their representative to call me back & kept fooling me.
The customer care executives who work there doesn’t know anything other than asking for "yuvar ismart caad no. pelease"
Hathway services doesn’t deserve even a single star. If this is the way they deal with their customers, they will soon lose their business.
