Sound quality is very good but the picture quality is very bad sometime it shows that there is a no connection and picture will appear after 4-5 hours that is disgusting and is waiting by the company. Picture issue in this connection main fixed by the settings of your TV but the quality of the picture will be remain same as a poor quality
Service and support is very good if we call them they arrive in 1 to 2 hours and they fix the issue by the box or any other damage their work effectively and honestly and charge also very high but you don’t find any issue that with this connection but the picture quality is very bad we inform to the service but they don’t care about this problem.
Value of money if you have cable connection in low budget you can go for this connection and value of money is fully satisfied but the consumer will have the issue of picture quality remaining it is very good product to use for this low budget because all the other connections like Tata Sky is more expensive than this product
