Agent who gave us the hathway connection(chittaranjan cable) is very rude to us. we kept asking them when we need to recharge. they wre unable to provide us with any prticular date and later when the recharge date passed they insulted my mohter about not making a payment. Such agents should not exist. this is absolutely agains the rules of customer service. Hathway needs to get it’s game together or there are too many options to choose from.
