I have purchased few celing fans from havells where the dealer said the quality is much better than others and many variants available for my new home.
Believing him purchased fans from havells dealer.

Few days back One of the fans(urbane copper) stopped working. Requested service through call centre frequently for a week. Not a single service personnel turned up to attend the complaint.
I regret for buying havells.
