I have purchased around 10 expensive Havells ceiling fans including models like FLorence, Fabio, Yorker(Rs 8000 each) few years back, with in one month I have started facing problems like all the wings started to rust, winding gone. It was a continuous problems . Their customer service is worst, for each problem they will take more than a month to fix so that the warranty period is over. Finally my warranty period is over and I am still facing the same problems, fans looks very cheap, rust, paint pealed off, winding problems, noise problem.
On the other hand I bought 3 other basic fans from Crompton and they are working extremely well without any problems.
Never ever buy Havells fans, I wasted almost Rs 80000 on these fans, VERY POOR quality and CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I would give negative stars if I have a choice for the rating.
