When we purchased it, we did some due deligence and saw product rating on most of the online food processor review websites which were very high. However, when we purchased it and start using it within 15 days we witnessed 1 jar leaking rust. Once it is replaced, we encountered problem in another jar. At present both the jars of this food processor are not working and we could not find replacement jars from the company and also these are not available in the market. To all users, we would recommend to purchase mixers/ food processors from companies whose spare parts are easily available in the market. Because of our experience, we would not go for any other Havells product in the future.
