I have bought this water heater before 1 Year. Storage is 15L and it is convinient to my Usage of water. In initial days it was working properly and was not getting any issues. But after 6 months I got some problems in basic features as it is covered under warranty.
Tank is getting leaked very often and it was not hit water every time coming in. So I registered complaint to customer care and winter season is running so usage of heater is also regular. I didn’t get any reply within 5 days. I called up to main manager that it is covered under warranty and I want service very fast. Please send your executives and after 12 days issue was resolved but not satisfied with after sale service. They took complaints very likely and do not give much attention to customer calls.
Too much frustrated within 1 year. Not bigger issues with heater but issues with after sales services. Very bad service and also not within stipulated time frame. I will not recommend as service is not good. Go for another brands. Good range available! Poor service
