I had purchased this water heater 1 year ago and I am sharing my experience about this product. I purchased this product from a retail shop. The product is delivered and installed on the same day of my purchase which is good.
The heater works good for 4mintgs but after that it started giving problem. I contacted manufacturer service centre and raise a complain about the product. The technician told me that we have to replace one part of the product which cost me around 600rs. I will recommend not recommend this product to anyone because of bad service provided by the manufacturer and there are better option available in the market
