I purchased this iron from my nearby electronic store, it is latest in the market that time. I thought it will work fine but it fails to do so and stopped working after an year. Firstly, I never do ironing my clothes but that day I was ironing mine clothes and suddenly the iron stopped heating I thought that electricity was gone I saw that electricity is there. Then I understood that iron got damaged, some smell is coming from it. I contacted customer care but no one picked my call then, after several tries they picked my cal and then I explained my issue. They promised to send technician and technician came after two days. He repaired the iron but again after few days this problem occurs then, I take my iron to my nearby technician at my home and he repaired it in one hour and it is working till now.
The one issue is that the sole of the iron is non- stick coated but then also clothes stick at high temperature and the sole is smaller as comparison to other iron of this price.
I haven’t liked this product and suggest you all not to purchase this product.
