Havells is a well known popular brand worldwide who is famous for selling electric products and appliances with best quality and great customer satisfaction. It sells appliances like Fans, Cables, Wires, Switches, Sockets, Tubelights and bulbs and many more products with best quality in India.
About product:
Since as I know the very well trusted and popular brand I decided to use havells appliances in my house. I have Havells Fans and Tubelights in my house which was installed before 3 months that is on August. The fans are not working properly I dont know why but cool air is not coming but instead in winter season too hot air is bypassing through it.
Talking about Tubelights and Sockets, they have to be maintained properly with great care. If any small force applied to any of the Havells product it might break or damage which is not good because the competitors around in this field is providing enough tensile strength that it wont break.
Not that even the prices are too high which is almost not affordable if the product damages now and then. So I would request Havells Company to increse the tensile strength of the products.
Conclusion:
Now a days havells is losing its pride with compromising the needs of customer satisfaction and
Hence I Conclude by saying not to buy Havells products if you are using them roughly because it might harm your property or might cause fatal.
