2 out of 4 BLDC fans of Havells having problems within a year .
No response from the local representative & phone switched off .
Earlier fans like Usha, used to operate for 10-20 years or more without any problems .
These so called low power consumers are so delicate that I feel we have to throw them out & switch to normal versions .
We don’t have time to wait for 48 hrs to get response from Havels for fans which are the necessity now a days.
Havels claim their ceiling fans are the best, I seriously doubt.
Iam forced to write this review & spend my time on such things as I want everybody to think 10 times before buying such fans from Havells co.
Bad Products, Bad service, No spares availability locally in Pune even 1 year old products, Very Bad attitude of the technicians & the service provider co. in Pune.

EVEN AFTER 4 DAYS NO SERVICES ARE PROVIDED. I AM ASKED BY THE NEW TECHNICAIN TO REGISTER MY COMPLAINT AGAIN & HE HAD CALLED ME A DAY BEFORE AS I DID NOT TAKE HIS CALL .
REGISTERED COMPLAINT AGAIN 2 TIMES. HORRIBLY BAD ATTITUDE TOWARDS CUSTOMERS.
