I am deeply frustrated with the unresolved issue regarding my Havells water geyser, which has been malfunctioning for over a month despite being under warranty. I first lodged a complaint on 11th September(Ref No: 07092433926041), and a technician identified a faulty part, promising a 7-day replacement. After filing another complaint on 25th September(Ref No: 25092434358781) and numerous escalations, no action has been taken. This prolonged delay has caused significant inconvenience, and I am disappointed with the poor service. I urge Havells to take immediate action and resolve the issue without further delay.
