My wife brought a Hawkins Contura pressure cooker from diwali sale couple of months ago. The best part of it, though is that even I can cook a couple of dishes in it as it is completely non-sticky. Even burnt dal doesn’t stick to its base. Strains are so comfortable wiped off. The large base distributes the heat evenly and helps cook food faster. Another important feature it that you can use it with an Induction too. The hybride base helps it to be used on Induction cooker if you are low on LPG.
