Last month I purchased Hawkins contura tomato red 3 litre pressure cook and it is really good yeah during first time I saw a little bit problem to cook vegetables but after reading the book properly I can easily understand how to cook food in this pressure cooker. Firstly I want to tell u its a non-sticky cooker its black base heats quickly but it cook food according to time like in a rice it takes only 3 minutes to cook it means it doesn’t depend on whistles counting it cook foord according to minutes. Counting whisstles may give you the wrong time required for cooking. Use the time for cooking at full pressure as given in the cookbook.
It is easy in stirring and it stays looking new for years and it is easy in cleaning also but while cleaning we don’t have to use any abrasive or causting cleaning product like oven cleaner, steel wool etc. and do not put the hot cooker in cold water. company provides five years of warranty its durability is long and its look also nice non-toxic ceramic coating only on exterior of body. and mouth of cooker body provided with netallic rim for additional saftey.
