What started out as one of the best companies selling ergonomic chairs, has slowly but surely become a company that doesn’t consider it’s customers to be living and breathing humans.
Haworth is now absolutely the WORST company selling such chairs and furniture. Their VERY ORDINARY chairs now cost upwards of Rs 1, 00, 000, simple accessories like back rest for older chairs, now costs upwards of Rs 15, 000, and worst of all, they don’t respond to customer care calls or emails AT ALL. One has to follow up with them over a period of months to even finally get a response regarding any chair-part replacement, that too when you have to pay huge sum to get those parts.
They don’t even care to respond to people who are willing to buy 1-2 chairs for their home-office use.
This is a very avoidable company filled with incompetent and careless staff. Please buy a "normal" chair from so many available throughout Delhi. Believe me, buying such "ergonomic" chairs will only cause you more headache in the long run, without much apparent benefit of sitting on such chairs, because frankly speaking, I honestly I have used these chairs and they are just like any other normal chair out there. The ergonomic movement is frankly out there just to make you part with your hard earned money, that’s all.
