My beer days started way back in college, lazing away long afternoons with a companionable mug of draft. But sooner or later bottled beer wafted about and I was immediately unhappy with the ’sharp’ bite of the Mild Beers. I experimented with beers like Khajuroa (too darned sweet!) and the Haywards series (2000, 5000, 10000).
It was witht he Haywards 2000 that my search for the perfect bottled beer came to fruition: I loved the flavor and a chilled bottle gave you that warm glow of a mild buzz.
The perfect beer for a night out with the boyz or a weekend getaway, it may be a bit too much for a wild night of partying with some sizzling senoritas!!
