Hi there movie lovers. How are you? Great , if you watch HBO, I suppose. Frankly, this channel is amazing. I did not need to buy or subscribe to this channel. My cable guy just gave it to me once he knew the competition had already started beaming it. Once it started I really enjoyed watching it. Compared to Star Movies and Zee MGM it has a better collection of movies. The prime time slot of 9:30 PM has good movies most of the time. The other great thing about this channel was that it did not have commercial breaks at all. They used to show 1 or 2 movie promos during the breaks and were back to the movie in no time. Now, however, they show ads during the breaks. But this does not irritate you for long as you are given good and famous movies to watch. Sometimes they are just about 6 months old. The only competition that the channel has, is the cable guy who shows the pirated versions of the latest movies. But hey no one can beat the clarity in picture and sound given by HBO. Recently there were blockbusters like ’’The Mummy’’, ’’Eraser’’, ’’Space Jam’’ etc. These are just a few of the great library that the channel. It also has movie based programs like ’’Behind the scenes’’ which give you a brief idea about the new movies being made. And unlike other channels, these programs are shown once in a while so that the viewers do not get bored watching them all the time. As I told you before the cable guy is the only competition and that too at times, not always. The other channels are nowhere near HBO. Need I say more?
