I had purchased one neo bean stalk computer about 1and half year. The person who is giving service is good but parts the are giving from the company is not working properly giving lot of problems. I do not know what to do as sometimes they take about 15 to one month to replace the parts. Kindly send this information to company so as to they will take some immediate action.
When working suddenly machine goes off and starts again it takes several minutes to boot. Off course the service engineer is giving good service but the spare parts are genuine or not I do not know. Even in places like Bangalore if these spare parts or not available what about other towns just imagine.

I think posting in mouth shut did not work out for me. I sold it and purchased one new Lenovo all in one.
