I have purchased this dump last year. It was working for 6 months without any problem. Then onwards, giving lot of trouble. Yes!! this is electronics, obviously there will be a problem. Have you ever spent 7 days to reach call center? I did.
Becuase, the number which was provided in the site was wrong. First I was redirected by BSNL itself since there is change in number of digits in the phone( I think, the number of changed 7 years back. See how we are seeing the updates in the site). So, I called the number, they gave me some number, I called. Again I was redirected. Similary it happens for 4 times.
Finally, I got the call center number which is located in pondi. There was prompt response after registering the call. Now I am still facing problem in the monitor. Its keep changing automatically. I called the person whom I purchased the computer. But he said, I cant help you and contacy call center. I really dont want to go for it. I am going to thro the dump out.
PLEASE DONT PURCHASE HCL PCs.
