This is the worst company I have ever worked with, after 1 year of service they come and tell me that my BGV is not clear, and I have to put my papers, I left my permanent job for them and they realise this thing after one year.
Also job profile is not good, managament is very poor,
HR people are pathetic.
No diwali bonus, no overtime facility, no holidays, 6 days working,
They will ask for 1 hour interview but they will take your whole day,
If you ask for more salary they say you are being rude.
All those mentally retarded people work here, please don’t join Hcl and save your career.
