I bought this HCL laptop x34-z2402 just before two months but working system is Very slow and time consuming.There are such more problems besides hang of the cpu, like audio quality of speaker is Very poor and not clear.
I don’t understand why they are not providing good quality services at customers care center.because when customers problems not getting solved at phone in customers care number, they should solve problems for customers satisfacton.
I would definately not suggest hcl lapto to my friends and public and suggest to choose good brand
