I purchased an HCL laptop 2 year agp frome market and it cost to me around 35, 000 rupees, but I will say quality and durability of laptop low. At the time of purchase they clearly mentioned that it have 3 Years global warranty, and I registered the same product in HCL website also, after one year I had some issues with my laptop and I have given it in one HCL center in Kolakata for service, they told me like there is only one year warranty for that and its already got over, I got the information that it was a database error so they will pay 800 for me for that, I asked again and they told they will help me out for extending third party insurance, when I checked the same with HCL team they are telling like I cant extend the warranty because its already got over. It was clearly mentioned on HCL laptop box and on HCL website also that it has 3 year global gurantee but now they are saying it was database error and providing me 800 RS for that error. So I am totally unsatisfied using HCL laptop, I will not recommend this brand’s laptop anyone. Guys before buying any HCL product think once. I will give it 1 star out of 5.
