This is with reference to service provided by hcl support team because which I am suffering from last one month.
I
had taken a brand new laptop and the keyboard the laptop started giving
me problem in just one month and when I approached to the service
center, they said its an physical damage, and I will have to purchase a
new keyboard, which I said yes to them, since I did not wanted to waste
time in arguing about the warranty and all that stuff.
It has been more than one month and I have not yet received my
keyboard yet. and when I call up at service center they dont know when
it will come.
I Really dont understand the kind of service is
hcl is providing to their customer and if it is like that only, then I
think need to approach the consumer court for the same.
I believe every company has their support rules and if the
company can not give the service to their customers then I think
company should close their business and go away rather than harassing
the customers.
