I bought HCL laptop from data care center Pune, I went there to purchase dell but they convinced me for HCL laptop saying that it provides you 3 year warranty .
May be Data Care center getting more margine on the defective piece of HCL Laptop
I bought HCL laptop and then problem started,
1)It was getting shut down automatically after 1 hour, I could not work more than 1 hour on that then after 15 or 20 only I was able to start it
2) After some time its battery stopped working.
3) after some time its mouse pad stop working
I logged complain to customer care but I didn’t get any response, WHY THEY ARE GIVING 3 YEAR WARRANTY WHEN THEIR CUSTOMER CARE IS OF NO USE.
Then I went to shop Data care center from where I have parched the laptop.
That laptop was defective piece but when HCL manager denied to replace the Laptop, They trying to pretend that I don’t know how to use and there is no problem with their laptop
HCL customer care and managers are useless don’t buy HCL laptop just for 3 year warranty u will definitely get defective piece and Customer care will never responded
