I bought this laptop from official HCL store and they told me about all the features of the product and u was really impressed by it and I bought it without much of thinking and I was promised 2 years of warranty and accidental damage cover.
I was ok with the product it was doing a lot of things that it is supposed to do like browsing Internet. Watching YouTube video and I am also not an heavy user so didn’t had any problems.
But the problem arised after o started doing the things like multitasking and games and as the laptop started filing up with files it became really slow and sometimes even take 5 minutes to startup properly.
The gaming performance was awful with all of that lagging and also its fan was turning on after every 5 minutes which was really annoying for me.
The battery was not upto the mark and it will just finish In 1: 40 hour of heavy usage. Very disappointing.
Also when calling service nobody would come even after calling for weeks. Finally I had to take it to the local repair shop that cost me 1200 for repairing exhaust fan for making a lot of noises.
Overall the product and the after service is really bad. So I cannot recommend you to buy the product.
