Basicaly HCL laptops don’t have good market. They launch laptops which didnt have upgraded processor, RAM is also less and battry life is also less as compare woth laptops of other company. The price of the laptop is good but accordingly features are not appropriate.
The after sale service is also not good. I call 3 to 4 times then HCL team come. I suggest to buy another laptops instead of HCL laptops.
And I request HCL company take the review in positive way and make changes in your laptops.
