Hcl service personnels(’’engineers’&# 146;) are one of the worst I have ever dealt with once my beanstalk gave some problem the service ’’engineer’’ couldnt resolve it.so they sent the cheif ’’engineer’’ who also couldnt pinpoint the problem he advised to reinstall the os.as it was my 1st exp. I obliged.every time I get a problem they come and reinstall os PATHETIC to say the least.later found out their ’’engineers’’ are diploma holders even the cheif engineer great.
