I have bought HCL laptop I went to showroom in Pune( Data Care center Deccan) . although I never heard about HCL Laptop , but their marketing person convinced me that HCl is good laptop, having 3000 service center in india + Dolvi sound speaker + 3 year warranty+Free Anti virus.
Service center of HCL are use less.
I was in hurry of buying so I bought the HCL laptop , Since very first day I was not able to work on it more than 1 hour . Always It got shutdown automatically after one hour , . every day I faced this problem I logged compliant against it their costumer care person told me that this is mother board problem , he registered my complain , but nothing happened then after waiting for 1 month I went to Data care Center with my laptop.
Their Eng checked and told me ki it is having battery + Touch pad (mouse) problem as well
they sent it to HCL service center and I got chance to HCL manager Venkat and he Clearly told me he will not give replacement of laptop . My new laptop having 3 problems their costumer care only told me mother board problem is their , but after that they are not able to find out my complain as well on their portal(may be deleted).
Then My bigeest mistak I told Data care center to sent Laptop to HCL service center , They checked and said not a single problem with my laptop they kept my laptop for 2 week changed internal parts and retunred me saying NO PROBLEM.
In 2 Week they can changed full laptop , now they r saying no problem after changing parts becz I can see changes easily that they have done something with my laptop

They are pretending as I don’t know hope to use laptop that’s why I am facing problem and without any changes it is working fine but I can esali find out that that have dont something to make it running condition not telling me what they did because I asked for replacement of full laptop
If with is one month product is not working they should replace full product not parts of the product
they are trying to show that I m wrong and they didn’t do any thing but laptop is working
This is my advice dont go for HCL , I cant forget that day when I got to Data care center and bought the HCL laptop.
Now I am fad up with struggling last one month and Even I dont want to see or work on my HCL laptop
That’s why people don’t want to buy Indian product , If there is problem with product they even dont accept it . I am writing this review so that many people will not have to suffer and not to waste their time like me and
