Recently I bought HCL Infiniti BT Model laptop from direct company office at Trichy. The Product quality is really very good and I surprised the look is also competeting with MNC brands. It’s having all the common features like 2MP web cam, Wi-fi, Intel chipset, Card reader, DVD super multi drive, HCL Touch shortcut key etc. Price is also very attractive when compare with same configuration of MNS brands like HP /DELL/ACER.
Also I verifed in the market that MNC brand accessories are very costly. For battery / Adaptor / Optical drive, they are charging huge cost. But HCL’s is charging normal price. Also they are having direct sales offices everywhere in india apart from dealer network.
Before one and half year, I purchased Infiniti MT model laptop from the same HCL direct office for my uncle. He is working in a private concern and he is using his laptop 8 hrs per day and he never faced any single problem in hardware. Still he is using that model and he faced VIRUS attack once.
As per my personal experience and my relatives and frineds experience, HCL laptops are value for money and suiting our indian conditions.
