I request u all never / ever think of buying HCL Laptops, I hope it is the wrost laptops I had ever used.
0 Durability & realaibility , I had never used it while roaming, it was just in a same place in my home, I thought of buying Indian product in laptop, but I burnt my because of my nation’s spirit,
1 by 1 all the parts in the laptop are getting defective by itself, even though it is placed inside a same room, with standard temperature & moisture conditions.Its body is in painted with metallic silver its getiing eroded,
its SIMOS battery got drained immediately after 15 months(Even it will be better in assembled desktop PC’S). Left side arrow key is not working. I had took this laptop to service center there they are demanding about 4500 for all these problems,
But if sell the same it will not go above 10000/-, Please dont buy HCL Laptop & get suffered.100 % useless.
