Hi friends!Ihav been using HCl Laptop since 2007 where I got my first laptop in Engineering college.HCL was a top brand that time so I prefered it to others laptop.I got 2007 model around thirty five thousand which has the configuration of just 1 GB ram.Pre installed operating system was given along with a OS CD and antivirus.Also it had built with wi-fi features so I used to operate this laptop at any cornor of my room.Everything was going good but after two years it got heated & hanged while continuous working.I replaced its battery but no result come.I think its 1 GB ram is the cons for this laptop only so we cannot play games continueously but one thing I would say it has not damaged or out of order since I have purchased. So I recommend this HCL Laptop for entry level customers who just want to learn something from it.Ithink Thirty Five Thousand INR was good enough for that time.One more ting about its service centre it covers almost all cities in INDIA now and also Its Toll free no service make its slogon true"HCL -Best Assured"
