I purchased this HCL Icon L74 model laptop two years ago. I’m feeling melancholic to utter that, I gotta overhaul it just after 15 days of purchase. I’d a severe problem related to hard disk. Although I spent around 6k to get that replaced, again problem has been begun. That vexed me a lot. That was often getting heated and noise was annoying. Windows XP was forbidden.
Have encountered boot up problems. Power adapter was extremely bad. Have changed battery after every five months. Encountered many manufacturing defects. At length, I have decided to swiych to other laptop. All those embarrasing things were the reason for my shifting to another laptop. I solemnly recommend laptops like lenovo, Hp, dell instead of this one.
