Beware

I got one for myself 2 years back. It was cheaper (Rs.34000) as compared to others.  But some problem started occurring in the keypad in less than a year. Some of the alphabet and arrow keys were not working. This was just the beginning. Around 6 months back my DVD writer stopped working. I got it replaced by Sony. Original factory fitted was Panasonic Chinese made. Take my word guys, I used it very sparingly and with utmost care.

The bag is not good looking, blue background and is also not of good quality. It has cracked/torn from the top. Windows 7 doesn’t works properly in it. At the time of installation it asks for the laptop brand. All the world’s most unheard off brands would be there, except this one. Nevertheless I somehow got it installed, there is some problem in the video. I have now reinstalled XP.

The service centre will also bullshit you in a way you will remember well for a long time. Man, never try the service number given. They will direct, redirect, re-redirect your call here and there. "Dial 0 - Dial 2 - Dial5" this will keep on going for half an hour, till you realise that they are just befooling you. I was advised by my well wishers and friends to go for a Dell or HP make.  Disregarding there advice, I opted for HCL and am now paying the price. My experience with HCL would be something like this

"Cheap and the worst"
