Homeshop18 is a pathetic organization, they simply do not care for the customers. I have purchased item from this website on 2nd Dec.’14 and it is not been delivered till date i.e. 16th Dec 14.
There is no movement even after matter has been raised with customer care.
If I call Homeshop 18 customer care number, they say that I will give u courier service number there u can contact them.
I call them then they say that your item will deliver u today morning. Then I call him in the morning.
Then he says in the evening u will get the item for sure. From the last three days I was trying they will not picking the call. I m very fed up with Homeshop18.
I will never buy any items from Homeshop 18 and I will beware my friends also not to buy from this fake site .
