Management should keep focus on the growth of the IT support staff as well.

1.You will get asinged to project very quickly so you can learn technologies more.
2.Good onsite opportunity
3.Good working environment
4.Not much night shift projects.
Cons
1.No salary increment . Sometime you will get 0% hike.
2.Management is loosing senior member for reasonable salary hike request and management will face the consequences quickly .
Advice to Management
Please concentrate on salary increment in every year appraisal. Please don’t think that you can manage all the work with freshers. You will definitely need senior member’s experience and advise to the projects.
