It is a center where graduates are trained and placed in different companies. It is subsidiary of HCL enterprise. It selects students through conducting interviews at colleges and at some HCL branches. After selection they asks to pay 1.5 lakh rupees for traing and placement. It is genuine. First 3 months of class room training and next 3 months is on job training from the 7th month you will be placed in a job. They collect rs.30, 000/- for class room training, to continue on job training you have to pay 1.2 lakh cash or take loan provided by axis bank and they help in that.
You can continue training after class room training or can quit. They doesn’t pay anything during class room training. They give 5000 per month during on job training. Later after placed in job(according to the company in which you are placed) you will get the salary. If they place you in hcl you will get 15000 during job. They also place you in virtusa and persistence companies where you will get salary of 30000. During training they conduct international exams like IKM etc according to the domain you are trained at. You will get trained at different domains like java, dot net, c, c+, testing. We cannot select the domain we required. They will train you any of the domain according to the requirement. You may get posted in chennai, noida or banglore but not hyderabad.finally students best choice in hyderabad
