Moto of this company i.e. Employee First is completely fake...This company never cares for any of its employee HR will always underrate and cheat the employee, if accidentally any needy or compulsive (MAJBOOR) candidate get trapped, so they will try to destroy his/her career these M-Fs never care for any candidates growth, and always offer 20-15% less salary of your current CTC.
Unfortunately I came across to that one of the HCLs Mxxx.Fxxx**. HR from HCL Noida. Previously I was working with an India based MNC, and I had a good CTC, but the work culture of that organization was not up to the mark, so I wanted to change and got a call from HCL, but I was not aware about HCLs dirty strategy of cheating the candidates.
In technical interview I was told that I will be getting a long term onsite opportunity within 3-4 months, and while HR interview that basted offered me 15% less salary I refused their offer because I had one more offer from another company in Chennai, who was offering me 20% hike. but that Mxxx Fxxx HR asked me that he will send me revised offer in few days, So unfortunately I believed in his words.
(I thought that HCL is a well reputated company and they will give me correct salary as per my experience but I was wrong). and that HCL Mxxx Fxxx HR took my hell lot of time for confirmation; saying that its in process and you will get it soon. In between resigned from my employer and denied to the another offer, with the thought that I will join HCL with good salary which was the biggest mistake in my career.
But after two weeks that Mxxx Fxxx said that he did not receive confirmation and HCL can’t increase the offer and asked for the final decision, in that situation I did not have any job, so I had to joined HCL offer with 15% less salary, it was a very big impact on my career, financial condition and lifestyle. Other than this, after joinig this company I came to know that, this company rearly pay 100% bonus will be approximately 10% of your CTC.
Mostly people get 50% of bonus amount only (even if you are an outstanding performer towards your work and team, the HR will say that you have taken unplanned leave and have never participated in any cultural activities or competition ) that means approximately your 5% CTC has deducted there only.
On paper, there are some employee benefit related policy available, but if you study thoroughly it impacting badly on your finance aspect or will be in beneficiary of HCL only, Like: Transportation : Company deducts a huge amount of money if you opt for company transportation, mostly it will be much higher than your personal convence or public transport. Medical insurance: Only you & your spouse will be covered, If you want to add your parents then you will have to pay around 7-8k per year, (so its better to get them insured from any insurance company).
This company not only cheats its employees but its customers as well with showing wrong hours, and resources. Well, finally I have left that cheater company (HCL) without any formalities or experience letter, because based on my previous experience, I could get a better job within one month only, where the offered me fairly 30% higher than my previous company…
My blunders before joining HCL: 1. I did not enquire about HCL’s cheaters strategy before attending interview or taking call. 2. Trusted more than the limit on that Mxxx Fxxx HR 3. Could not studied / calculated the offered salary structure thoroughly 4. Refused better offer and resigned from my job before getting a written confirmation Finally I will suggest to every one, discuss with friends & read reviews of any company before joining any organization..
Consider HCL as a worst employer, and join if you do not have any other option For HCL Never compromise with your CTC. refuse the offer directly if its less than your expectation, then only they will definitely revise it before your joining.
