I have worked with HCL technologies for more than 2 years in Noida. I had joined as lateral in this company and in 2 years I didn’t got a single percent hike due to internal politics played by Managers here. During your first year you will be on probation period so your appraisal will not happen till completing one year. After completing one year your appraisal cycle will open but no body will bother to inform u neither HRs nor Managers and that cycle will remain for few days most of the time only for 2 days and if you miss that dates then it will auto close and will move to next level and next managers will enjoy this and instead of reverting it back they will close it and at the end you will get a information that your appraisal got autoclosed so you will not get a single penny hike in ur salary plus you annual variable pay will be given at lowest level(75%) of actual level. This thing happened with me. After several request HR simply responded that nothing can be done you need to wait of next cycle that will fall after 6 months and will close after next six month means wait for one year. If you dont know buttering with managers then u will be treated as begger by management here.
And also during your notice period you will be at worst by managers. They will treat you as slave.
Job security wise its ok but for career growth you are screwed up. Its just only RETIREMENT Company.
