Several people are not having proper food because of Managers wrong commitment with customer. Without consulting with the Developer the Manager will give estimation for the task to the customer even if they do not know the technologies, then they will start the politics as below:
They won’t allow the employees to have even water, and cannot go to the rest room also * If the employee suppose want to go to the rest room, he has to display that message on the monitor
Several days didn’t have food because of their unprofessional talks, and continuously two days did not have food because of them.

After delivered task on time and got several appreciation mail from the customer also Stupid managers are playing too much of politics.
Not allowed to take leave during weekends and public holidays.
Not allowed to go the hospital when parent was in serious condition in the hospital
Not allowed to attend family function
But all the HCL managers are always taking leave, and enjoying their life like anything, coming to the office around 11 am and leaving at 3 PM, most of the time they are working from home.
These stupids will always talk with some one over the phone to have fun during office time from office phone, and will assign their work to the team members, if the team member is not doing managers personal work then the team member will get poor rating in the annual performance review. Managers will have some spy in the project to pass all the activies of each team members to him regularly, those spy won’t do any work in the project, Manager will give rating as outstanding performer for the spy and he will get promotion and will get very good salary incremment every year. Suppose the project completed then the manager will take that spy along with him to the next project, again they will sail on the same boat. After some time these spy is becoming a manager, these spy also repeating the same what he learned from his manager. Now we can understand the HCL company employees position, a lot of worst fellows became as managers and they are all never ever bothered about anyone personal life and etc...

If the employees is telling their concern to the HR, again HR will start to play too much of polytics, and they will join with the stupid mangers, then they will forcefully make the employee to leave the company.
