HCL is pathetic. Top to bottom it is only filled with politics and bogus people. People will be busy in pulling one another’s leg so they cannot concentrate on delivering quality. No idea why shiv nadar started a company like this!
The worst experience I had is with Konark Chakraborthy who being junior used to create politics among the seniors and seniors would follow it without giving a second thought. So never join HCL. Seniors take it to personal and trouble the juniors. And the people who are well established in the company are basta#ds they never allow any new joinees to grow on there own in the company.salary what they pay is less compared to other companies. Never join this company. No one would like to stay in the company for two years, if they stay also they quit quickly.
