They have hopeless HRs in recruitment team . I got throught the S/w side for a java project, HR Calls me and said they will have a final HR round shortly. And after that no calls from them @ all.
After a year it was through a consultancy, and again I got through and the HR calls me up to negotiate. and offered me 30% and if I join before sept x day he will arrange for a joining bonus of X amount. I agreed and asked him to send the offer letter. In that he reduces the CTC to just 25%, next day when I call up argues saying never said 30% @ all. They have such great HRs. and even beyond that I was stupid enough to atleast send me the details on joining bonus, for that he says yes @ 1st shot and after few days calls up and says No Joining bonus. I never talked abt that!. HCL seems to start their process of breaking promises even before ppl Join.It was a Good message for me. NEVER EVER in life would suggest HCL to any one. nor Join! May be they recruit the HRs also based on their Special ability to cheat others! Lost all respect I had for that company after this incident!
If you come across this HR - Mr. MUTHUKUMARAN make sure you slap him or if u badly want to join record his conversations with you 1st! He also had the guts to say’he will black list me’! . PAy they offer is pathetic and even beyond that they show such attitudes thinking ppl will Join such company!.
