Hai friends HCL is the worst company to work with for a fresher or an experienced. HR people are management’s West Employees are treated as labour. Nobody I met in my 2 years tenure in HCL was happy. In my first year appraisal they decreased my salary by 2500 rupees despite my hard work. There is nothing to learn in this company. They hired my for RDS profile but they put me in Service Desk but when I protested and escalated to HR, they said they can not do anything as project needs support. They kept me there for 6 months and then threw me out and reset my appraisal cycle back to 18 months.dont join in hck
